Bagdogra (90 km) is the nearest airport having air link with prime destinations like Delhi, Kolkata and Guwahati. Taxi and buses can be taken from the airport to Darjeeling taking approx 3 hours of pleasant drive.
By Rail : New Jalpaiguri (88 km) is the nearest railhead which is connected to all places of the country. From Delhi, Delhi-Guwahati Rajdhani Express is best way to reach Jalpaiguri. From the station, taxis and buses are easily available for Darjeeling.
By Road : Reaching Siliguri (80 km) first is the only way to drive to Darjeeling via Kurseong (32 km). The drive is comfortable and full of amazing view of natural landscapes of Himalaya.
